| Main Man Kennels are run by Mr L Douglas and Ms M Rani (AKA) Mina and Dougi. We have been involved in the Bulldog Business for a relatively short period of time compared to some. Our aim is solely to produce excellent tempered, good looking, healthy American Bulldogs. American Bulldog (AB), that enhance the lives of whomever should be lucky enough to obtain one. We are not here to get drawn into the debates and politics of the Bulldog World; if someone has a dog with characteristics that appeal to us, we will gladly go along and pay our stud fees to use that dog. We will do this even if we do not agree with some of the Breeder's views about Bulldogs. |

We are breeding predominately 100% Johnson dogs, or hybrids with at least 90% Johnson bloodlines. the ideal dog that we are trying to produce would be even-tempered and intelligent bulldogs with these specifications; Weight; 20-130lbs, height; 26-27 to the shoulder (males), a large pumpkin or box head is preferred, and of course excellent athletic ability. All of our efforts and our breeding programmes are geared to producing this ideal American Bulldog. Please note that sound structure is more important in our dogs, than looks. |

Main Man Kennels will be flying to America on 03/05/05 for the Annual Johnson Bulldog Show at Mr Johnson's farm in USA. Pictures and reports will follow shortly. |
